There was a phone interview, questionnaire assessment, excel exam, and lastly interview with the hiring manager. The questionnaire consisted of 50 questions including pattern recognition, grammar assessment, and brain teasers, and was required to be completed in 15 minutes. I believe basing recruitment so strongly on the questionnaire is bad practice as the company stressing emphasis on speedy completion rather than growing from mistakes and solving solutions and projects as a team.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Relias
Interview
Only went as far as the online testing. Part of it was personality testing, part was an IQ test. They wanted you to complete the testing before they would talk to you and then you would have to redo the test onsite. The series of emails I received for the testing was out of order so that was confusing since the emails referred to those "previously sent." They did give you an opportunity to do a few "sample" test questions for the IQ test with an option to practice more for a fee. So who is making revenue off that practice test? Hmmm.. Anyway, the IQ test is approx 50 questions with about 17 seconds per question. On my laptop, I had to scroll so that wasted time. If you are not on superfast connection, you will lose more time. The questions are complex with multiple levels that need to be evaluated and you need to be prepared to align your thinking to the originator's train of thought.
