Initial contact was very prompt. First step was the IQ test, which I am unsure how that applies to the job itself. Next, phone interview which was scheduled quickly and went very well. Then you're asked to complete the IQ test live in front of someone. After completion, you're told follow-up will happen once hiring managers review your profile. I reached out after not hearing anything for a few weeks and was asked to complete the IQ test again. After completion, I was again told I should hear something in the coming week. That was a month ago. It seems like there is a bit of disconnect between recruiting and hiring managers. It shouldn't take this long to move throughout the interview process. They seem like a great company, but lack of response from recruiting is discouraging. I have not been advised that they would not like to move forward with me or they would to date.
