Several weeks after applying for the Market Research Analyst position, HR called and offered me a phone interview. They gave me an online test before the phone interview. Phone interview was standard, and we scheduled a face-to-face interview. I had to repeat the test in their office to make sure I didn't cheat the first time (?!?!), and then I briefly met with a woman who came in late wearing jeans, sneakers, and a sweatshirt. A few days later, I received a phone call. The HR representative thought I was overqualified for the MRA position, and instead put me in the applicant pool for the Renewals Manager position. I then had ANOTHER phone interview, this time with my would-be manager. The first scheduled time we set he didn't call at all. I e-mailed the HR person, because I only had her contact information. She was out of the office, so he e-mailed me a few days later to reschedule. He was unfriendly and gave me the impression that he did not want me to fill the position. I told him at the end of the call that I was no longer interested in working for Relias.
