Interview
I applied through my University. I was contacted to take a 30 minute assessment (like an IQ test) and another 30 minute personality assessment (for company culture fit, I imagine). I was later called for a 30 minute phone interview that had the typical behavioral questions. I finally interviewed on campus where two recruiters had a very casual conversation with me before I was asked to take the IQ assessment again to make sure that I hadn't cheated with calculators, etc. the first time around.

Why Relias? What do you know about the organization?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Relias (Cary, NC) in Apr 2013
Interview
Two phone interviews and an on-campus interview. Very easy and straightforward, a fast-moving process. Also involved an apititude test, though I'm not sure how heavily it factors in. Then, I sat down with two employees (one which would be my future manager) and discussed the role a bit more. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here.
