I am highly disappointed with this company. A standardized assessment is mandatory not once, but twice to advance to the next step in the hiring process. Since when does a standardized timed test accurately reflect how successful someone will be in their career? I have above a 3.5 GPA from an accredited university but was not "qualified" because I did not score high enough on their assessment. During the second assessment, literally, someone stared at me for 30 minutes watching every move, as if I wasn't nervous enough ...geez. How about we stop judging candidates by numbers and start with human interaction and communication skills?!

Multi step process. Panel Interview. Test. Overall it was a good experience with all the leaders. The HR Department is was slow and not the best. We needed to remind them to respond.
I thought it was a waste of my time. All this silly test taking is bizarre. Some people are not good test takers and some are. I have no idea how I did as I decided I didn't want to go further. I felt like it going to continue to be a long drawn out process and quite frankly don't want to waste my time before I even get to the hiring manager.
