I tried to apply through the company website, but I was unable to do so because I had already applied a few years back and there was no way to update the resume. So I found a company recruiter and contacted her. She looked at my work history, and had me take an IQ test. I didn't hear back from them for quite a while, and I started to get frustrated. Finally, after way too long, I got a form rejection stating that they were going to go with another candidate. That's fine. They have that right. I just wish they would have communicated a little more.
