3 Interviews, the first is just a general phone consult, the second is with management team members, third is with directors of the customer service team. having a positive personality and being able to articulate your work ethic is important.
HR was not speady to get back for initial interview. After the initial interview things went very smoothly. The HR rep quickly turned into travel agent to come onsite for interview.
Completed the initial phone screening with recruiter who asked standard questions. Next steps are two additional interviews. They want you to complete slides on your career trajectory and present them to hiring team.
