The interview process was one of the worse I've seen in 20+ years. First the initial call was great but then it began by not hearing any feedback from the recruiter nor Relias for 2 weeks. Then they wanted to schedule an in person interview a month after the first call with zero feedback. The in person went great but never heard a word from them. The recruiter (who contacted me. wasn't like I was looking) kept saying their meeting with Relias kept getting pushed. Look if you have done this long enough you know you won't get every job. The people and mission of Relias were nice and good but why would you not give someone feedback. A month went by and I never heard a word from them. I decided to see what the recruiter had to say and they had no update. Relias be professional and give feedback good or bad. It is just the right thing to do.
