Interview
I applied for a recruiter position and got an interview a week later. The interview went well and was told they would speak the following weekend about my potential employment. A whole week went by after he "spoke" with his partner and nothing. So I reached out to him and he said he was going to speak with his business partner this weekend (again?) and have a response on Monday. At this point I just wanted a yes or no answer not me chasing them around like that and I never heard back. 2 MONTHS later I reached out to him and asked him to submit my resume to the position of one of his clients instead for another role I told him how It was a shame that I didn't hear anything about the recruiting position because I was ready to put 110% into the role put since I guess I wasn't the best match to please submit my resume to this new role (customer service). He replied and said he still doesn't have a position open for his office for the recruiter position (even though that listing is still posted). And that he will submit my resume for the customer service position and he will keep in touch about the status on that role. Again I didn't hear back.
MORAL OF THE STORY IS: Don't bother with them, because they don't even bother telling you a yes or no answer. They keep you waiting forever. I would've been fine with a "we decided to go with someone else" answer I just wanted an answer not to stay waiting there.
DONT APPLY HERE YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.

Question 1
How much recruiting did you do in your previous role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Remedy Intelligent Staffing (Tyler, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
Did a skills assessment (Word, Excel, Typing) prior to the interview. The 1st round interview was conducted by the director of recruitment. Not a difficult interview. He asked about my work history and experience/personality to see if I’d be a good fit for the job. Then, he told me a little bit more about the position to make sure I was okay with it. He then scheduled a second and final interview with the Director of Operations.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to deal with a disgruntled associate?
Phone screen then in-house interview. 2 interviewers - manager of the original interviewer took over and didn't let her subordinate talk. Very controlling atmosphere / vibe. I was not interested in working with them halfway through the interview. The spirit animal question showed me their lack of depth.
