Interview
Contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screen. I was invited in for a face to face interview and met with the hiring manager. The interview was mostly conversational, STAR format. Was called in for a second interview and again, really laid back and focused on making sure that you will fit with the team and are focused on grinding so that the entire team meets goals. I recommend anyone who applies for Remine to read “Good to Great”. Received an offer shortly after the second interview in person interview.

There was a phone screen followed by two in person interviews. Slight delay between the two due to travel schedules. Was told frankly during the second in person interview that I probably wasn't exactly what they were looking for in that particular role.
