I had two phone interviews rescheduled with the recruiter. The first one due to a conflict in her schedule and the second due to health issues. Finally had the phone interview. A phone interview was schedule with the Manager and 45 minutes after the scheduled time she finally called me, no apology, no email or text message to indicate that she was running late. The skill set for the position was very similar to my existing and past employment. I was asked to come into their office in Tyson's Corner. I got there, there was a hand printed sign on the door indicating it was their office, I walked in, there was no receptionist and no greeting. I wasn't even sure I was at the right place and walked out to find the "front door" and came back and waited. I was finally shown to a corner meeting room. Questions had little to do with the position but she wanted to know what I did in my spare time, what I enjoyed doing, where I had been, what I had done. The next day I wrote them a nice email thanking them for their time but I didn't want to work for them.
