Remine interview questions

I was first contacted by the head of their office in Chicago. It was refreshing to be dealing with the hiring manager from the beginning and all the way through the process. First, we had an introductory call where he told me about the company, the product, expectations and the whole interview process. Once I gave him my availability, he quickly followed up with scheduling a technical interview. It was a conference call with him and another engineer at the company. For the second round, I had another call with a different engineer at the company. The hiring manager was terrific with communication throughout the whole process. He wanted to make sure that it was a fit for everybody. Even though it didn't work out for me, I really enjoyed the process and working with the hiring manager in Chicago. I highly recommend him and the company and hope to make the cut some day!

The process started with an initial call with the Director of Engineering. This was followed by an hourlong technical interview over the phone. Next was another phone interview focused more on discussing systems design and the nontechnical decision making aspects of software engineering. Last was a call with the CTO. Overall my experience was quite positive.
