The worst of my entire life. Took forever for the recruiter to get back to me after the first screen , then they set up an interview. On interview day, no one showed up. I stayed online for over two hours. No one showed up, no apology, nothing. I had to send a mail to which no one responded for nearly 6 hours with a half baked " The hiring manager was unavailable. we will reschedule you". No apology, nothing.
Had to mail the original recruiter who apologised and said the hiring manager was suddenly occupied.
Rescheduled the interview for the evening of another day. About 7:45pm. Hiring manager sends a message 5 minutes to the time for the interview to ask for 15 minutes. Didn't show up for nearly an hour.
Interview itself was very rushed, hiring manager seemed VERY distracted and uninterested. Spent her time typing on her computer. Barely asked me ANY questions and it was glaring that she had never even read my CV since the few questions she deigned to ask were unimportant things she could have easily gleaned from a 2 minute read of said CV. Then she spoke to someone outside the room, turned to me and said she had to leave because she was using someone's office and they wanted their office back. The interview that was supposed to last for an hour, barely lasted 15 minutes. It was VERY clear from the outset the hiring manager was uninterested and it was just a box ticking exercise. They very likely had their preferred candidate but decided to waste hours of my life in preparations and interview times that they couldn't bother to show up for or even honour the long preparations candidates typically engage in.
I waited over a week for feedback and finally had to bite the bullet and email them myself. IMMEDIATELY got a response saying they'd decided to go with a candidate with better experience. I wondered how they knew what my experience was considering that the hiring manager barely asked me any questions. No scenarios, no leading questions, nothing. Just in a hurry to get the hell out of there as fast as she could.
