Strange experience. Had a phone screen via videocall. Went very well, based on the feedback I received during the call. I was given to understand that I would be taken further through the process. The recruiter even took me through what the process would be, mentioned names of people I would be meeting etc. Apparently, I was "incredibly impressive"!
Imagine my surprise when I received impersonal automated email saying they would be proceeding with other candidates.
Strange.
Not impressed at all. Would advise against investing your time in talking to them.
