Video interview. Recruiter asked questions and then provided time for applicant questions. The recruiter was cordial during the interview, and it went well enough. Recruiter did not bother to reach out afterwards to close the loop on yes/no, even when applicant reached out seeking courtesy/professional follow-up. If this is reflective of the company's other interactions when its priorities shift, I would recommend caution.
