I applied online. I interviewed at Remote in Jan 2026
Interview
I had the first interview with an HR representative based in the US. She appeared underprepared and unfamiliar with my background, asking several questions that were already clearly addressed in my CV. It felt distracted and poorly structured.
Very early in the conversation, she questioned why I had applied for the role, stating she saw me as a better fit for a CSM position (which is my current role). This raised concerns about alignment from the start.
She then arranged a second interview with the Enablement Team Manager . I prepared thoroughly for that discussion. However, at the beginning of the interview, Eadaoin stated directly that she did not see me as a fit for the role, as they were looking for someone with direct experience. She suggested that if I saw a role more aligned with my background, I should message her on LinkedIn and email her to forward my application directly.
I followed up as suggested, but never received a response.
Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and unprofessional. There was a sense of a supportive and helpful attitude during the conversation, but the follow-through did not reflect that. My overall impression from these two interactions was negative.
