Interview
Met with a very distracted and seemingly uninterested interviewer who failed to ask me much of anything and acted like she was bored and just going through the motions asking a few obvious questions about what I had done recently. (Basically exactly what was on my resume) Honestly, I'm not sure why these companies even bother having their HR henchmen and women go through this process wasting everyone's time if they're not interested in candidates or have already chosen people for the roles.
