Multiple rounds 6 in total. I made it through half of them. It was a odd experience where it was clear you were cog in a machine rather than a human. Not a two way approach where the candidate feels appreciated by the business. If was clear from this process that the company culture here is one of using people rather than caring who the person is. Very dehumanising. Would not work here if an offer was provided. They are very lucky the job market is the way it is right now because if it was in the employers favor most people would not bother going through their interview process the way it is set up.
