A junior HR representative, who had only been with the company for 1 month, was assigned to screen for this position. The "interview" was conversational without any specific questions about role responsibilities or my background. At the end of the interview, I asked if she had any concerns with anything I said that I could address. She said it seemed that I didn't trust people and that transparency was important at Renalogic. Truly weird, especially considering, without exception, superiors and coworkers alike would describe me as open, collaborative, forthright, having high standards, and believing that team members will work together to solve issues and improve any situation. Advice to HR - anonymously sit in on some of the screening calls to determine if that's how you want Renalogic to be represented to prospective employees.
