Interview
A recruiter calls you and asks you an array of questions. Mostly situational questions and background experience. after that he sends you a personality test. then you are sent to meet with an arrogant man that sets you up for failure.

There were very few questions, Just some guy patting himself on the back telling you how great he is and how great the company is and how much money you can make.
at the end he reflects back to the beginning of the interview when he was telling you about himself. He asks you questions about himself to see if you were listening.

Interview
A phone interview was done with HR. It was quick, less than 10 minutes, but addressed the most relevant elements of the job.
A second interview was done in person with the sales manager.
I never received a call back after the interview or a follow up of any kind. I reached out a couple times and never heard anything back. I even sent a follow up email after the interview.

Interview
This was probably the worst interviewing process I’ve ever had. I spoke to 5 different people for a total of 4 interviews. The last interview was with two people, and it felt more of a drill questionnaire than an actual interview. I didn’t get the next steps until a week later saying that I didn’t get the job via email.
Complete waste of a person’s time interviewing with so many people for a rejection email I would’ve preferred that one of the three recruiters that I did speak to reject me and decide that I wasn’t a fit before i had to drive to Des Plaines and have an interview with two drill sergeants.
Completely unprofessional and a waste of time for a 100% commission job.
