Received an email to sign up for an interview, got the confirmation email, and no one ever called me. The email specified that the recruiter would call me at that time. Called the phone number of the recruiter and left a voicemail. Recruiter called me back days later to talk. When I told them that I couldn’t talk right then and asked them to call me back at a specific time (which the recruiter agreed to!), I never heard back. Called and left a voicemail AGAIN. Received a rejection email a week later.
