Fairly straightforward, if not conventional to a fault. A recruiter called me, and went through typical questions about my history and a "why" behind my application at Renewal, however, she stated she "had technical issues" and only I'd be on video. Interestingly, I've talked to peers at a new opportunity who coincidentally interviewed with her (based on corroboration) and she said the same to them at other times, weeks apart. Sure, it's possible she chronically suffers from connectivity issues, or, she just didn't care enough to conduct the interviews in a professional setting with attire/presentation becoming of a recruiter. The vibe on the video implied the latter, to me. It rubbed me wrong. She wasn't very personable or warm, but she was courteous and succinct with the process. Received an email stating they were going in another direction, etc.
