I got an email from the recruiter, which advanced me for a scheduled zoom appointment with a sale manager. The sales manager asked about 40 questions, which took about 1 hour.

After completing a Pred Index that was over 100 questions, my first interviewer Joe Verbone started with more questions regarding my personality and a “If a car is traveling at 50 mph for 2 hours, how many miles did the car travel after 30 minutes? No questions about my previous work history or ANYTHING on my resume. I asked him if he was asking more personality questions after completing such a long survey beforehand and he responded with a stern yes then another rapid fire question about my personality. He was clearly reading questions from a list and asked them as if he couldn’t care less about anything other than to be done with the call. As a senior sales representative I found it to be a complete waste of time not to mention no thanks for taking over an hour to complete some random survey. This is obviously a company who relies on others to determine if your a good fit or not. Definitely not a company I would want to work for after a meaningless interview designed to trip you up somehow, not to determine why your a good fit for the role. I can imagine how they treat you if ever employed! Stay away they are heartless and can’t decide for themselves the obvious. They would rather have some AI program to tell you so they don’t have to be human. A company that must suck to work for!

Quick screening then the interview process was a description of what the job entails. Was around 20 mins and gave a good idea of what you are getting into. Very straight forward.
