Interview
At the actual school, interview started on time. I met with 6 staff members including the assistant principal and the principal. A little nerve wracking as group interviews go. They give you time to think about your answers. I think there were 10 questions and the let you have a copy in front of you so you could reference them and stay on track.

Interview
I was asked to be interviewed by a group. They all asked questions about my abilities, and how I would handle certain circumstances within my job description.
I was then asked to be interviewed by the Principal of the school.
We again talked about my abilities and fit into the school environment. He also asked how I would respond in different circumstances within my job description.
I was accepted for the job.
