The best interview experience I have ever had. Met with both management as well as peers, and even someone on a different team. Truly had the opportunity to interview the company as well.

It was a fairly straightforward process and appreciated them letting me know I did not get the role unlike many other companies I had applied to. After the first call they let me know that the company had decided to move on.

The candidate experience was stellar to be honest. The HR/Recruiting team had the details down to a T and made sure to leave room for flexibility. Big thank you to Liv and Inah for spearheading the process. I did not get the job offer, but the feedback provided was also clear as to why. Besides the phone screening (which is pretty standard) - the onsite interviews are divided into two days. Firstly you meet with some of the managers, and some senior AE's to field their questions and yours. Pretty straightforward if you have 2 - 3 years of sales experience and are charming. Second onsite is an actual demo of the Reonomy platform. Expect to face objections that regular clients bring up regularly including pricing, accuracy of the platform ("hey the information on the free trial I used was incorrect, this has happened before") and overall questions regarding to the product itself. For what it's worth, the interview process and office space was very welcoming.
