During the process, I went through three different interviews:
1) Phone screen with recruiter (30 min)
2) Phone call with Director of Products (30-45 min)
3) Virtual onsite: A skills/scenario-based interview assessing technical, UX, product strategy and product discovery knowledge with four different members of the team (3 hours)
I was told that the next step after the third interview would be to do some sort of presentation for a panel and participate in a few more one-on-one interviews with other members of the team. However, I was not invited to continue on to the next step.
The first two interviews were straightforward and simple, mostly focused on learning more about my background and providing more information to me about the role.
My "onsite" interview was conducted virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions. I found it to be a bit difficult. I was not informed by the recruiter that the onsite would be focused on testing my knowledge and skills (ie. scenario-based), and I assumed it would be more focused on cultural fit - my fault for not inquiring and asking for clarification.
Overall, I felt the interview process was fair and moderately challenging.
