Recruiter was extremely communicative . Interview was very thorough including 4 different VP level staff and a subject matter expert from venture capital company . All virtual interviews , with a mixed bag of experience by those conduction the interviews

I appreciated how thorough the interview process was for a Director-level role and the variety of employees I was able to meet with. The follow-up was spot-on and they did an excellent job of coordinating interview times, clearly articulating expectations, and thinking through all of the details (what to wear, who I would be meeting with, providing an office tour, etc.)
