I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Reonomy in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview process was one of the best I've ever been through - quick, personable, and meaningful.
Started with recruiter phone screen, which was about 30 minutes where I spent 20 minutes talking about my experience/current role, then about 10 minutes for questions. Heard back that I was advancing to a second round interview within a day, which was what the recruiter promised me - love that they stuck to the predicted timeline.
Second round interview was three 30-minute interviews with different team members, each focused on a different part of the hiring process (i.e. culture, role itself, cross-functional work, etc.) Heard back that I was advancing to the final round within 24 hours - again, what I was promised from HR.
Final round was a mock sales call (was given assignment 48 hours in advance) and then brief feedback session. Another 30 minute interview with current SDR.
All in all, interview process was friendly and approachable, yet insightful and transparent.
