The interview process is very efficient and straightforward, especially for someone who is looking to make a career change and get into sales. The first round of interviews included meeting with a couple different team members including current SDRs. Everyone was very welcoming and informative providing a ton of context around the product, company, role, and ultimately candid responses on their personal experiences at Reonomy. Once I moved on to the next round I was responsible for a role play mock call where I had to pitch Reonomy to a prospective client.
