Had phone screen and then in-person interview with hiring manager and VP of the department. VP arrived 20 minutes to the interview and only focused on why I left my previous employers. At their senior level, one would expect to ask more strategic questions of a candidate for a Director level position. The individual never once asked me about my background or relevant experiences for the role. Never heard back from them.
Several rounds of interviews, with peers, managers and HR. Interviews were on Zoom. I heard back pretty quickly between each step, and they were flexible on the scheduling with me
