Mainly about projects related in CV and how you can adapt to reply.
First step with HR, then with the Sr. Partner and finally with the management panel. The three steps went out smoothly and in a transparent and friendly manner. First HR screening provides a score (not disclosed to candidate) while the final decision is up to the manager if the minimum score is acieved.
