Republic Airways Crew Scheduling interview questions

Interview process was very laid-back; not intimidating at all. Two managers and one recruiter. The style was very conversational. They asked the usual questions about teamwork and customer service. Only lasted about 20 minutes. I left with the impression that I did well and had the job. Job offer was made the next day.

Applied online and received an email follow up. Was contacted on the phone by a company representative who spoke with me briefly about the position and then said she would send an email with interview instructions. Arrived on time and was given a guest badge. Interviewers arrived late - one person was from talent acquisition and the other was the department manager. Interview was comfortable and informal. They didn't have alot of questions for me, seemed more interested in getting me to ask questions about the position.
