Very laid back, the manager met me in a t-shirt. Explained that their "training program" is just sitting with you for a few hours a day. Explained that they get people in the door and the work on up selling loans. He described the job as "really easy" and that a "monkey" could do it.
Applied and next day received an email for a phone interview. I realized that I was not the right candidate for the position I applied for so I canceled the interview. They got back in touch with me and still wanted to interview me for a different position.

Very relaxed but inquisitive. They really asked important questions to gauge who you were and what you stood for. They wanted to get a feelfor how comfortable you were with cold calling people, and how you would handle financial situations.
