Republic Finance LLC interview questions

Most of the questions were about previous sales experience and the ability to make referrals. You can tell that it is a very sales driven environment. I was looking to start a family and it was not going to be the right environment for me.

Initial call from branch manager, then met with the regional vice President. Very chill just asking about myself and future goals. Very laid back culture and was able to meet my direct supervisor at the interview.
