This was a virtual interview with a panel. The main interviewer, didn't smile or even look into the camera the entire time. I was declined an offer and the position continued to be reposted for months afterwards. I even had a recruiter reach out to me on indeed and request I apply for it because I'm so qualified. I had to verify with them that this is a position I was already declined for and they responded with an awkward please disregard my message this is the same position.
