This interview was Behavioral interviewing heavy. They asked about being able to multi-task, handle disagreement and can I work independtly and work in teams. They ansked about my experiences and relocation. They asked one technical question.

I submitted an application and and HR recruiter contacted me within the week. Asked me a lot of questions about myself and what I know about Republic. Then after I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. After a good interview with the hiring manager I was offered the position.

I applied online using Indeed. A recruiter reached out to me within a week of submitting my application. I spoke with him then had two interviews with the manager I would be working under. The whole process was smooth and well organized.
