The interview process is not easy. But, you wouldn't expect it from one of the highest acuity ICU departments in the city. The process was discussion and question based. The ask A LOT of scenario based questions about emergent situations... No pulse, not breathing, low O2 sats, managing multiple meds on multiple pumps.

It was very professional and appropriate interview with nurse manager and my peer interview. I was able to fully express my passions and hopes for my new workplace with them.
