Resident Accounts Payable Manager interview questions

I applied through Linkedin and was emailed few days later for an interview. Gave availability for face to face interview and we met following week. Met with HR. Very pleasant to speak with. I did ask if the company restructured and she did not say yes. However I did read that jobs were eliminated. Ok first strike. Secondly the pay scale is very low for what they want you to do and knowing the company is hoping to go public that hit another nerve. Not how you want to reel in future employees. I honestly thought the pay scale was misprinted until she told me it was actual. I think you need to increase your salary budget for this role.
