I applied online. I interviewed at Resident in Aug 2020
Interview
A few hours after submitting my application, I heard back with an interest email asking to set up an interview. The HR rep was nice and quickly scheduled my interview. A little before the interview, she shot me an email letting me know she was under the weather and if I wanted to continue with my interview quickly, someone else take her place.
This person was probably the least professional person I've ever had the displeasure of interviewing with. She spelled my name wrong when sending out the initial email which rubbed me the wrong way as you have my application on hand. During the interview, it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Robotic as the other people have noted. It felt uncomfortable and like she had no interest in actually getting to know me.
After the interview, I was instructed to do a typing test, simple tech test, and provide 2-3 professional references. I was told I'd know in a few days after everything was sent. I got the email telling me I wasn't moving forward and after getting that email, I was thankful. The reviews themselves and multiple people stating how the interview process went made me realize this was not a place I would be happy to work at.
