      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Resident (New York, NY) in Dec 2020

      Interview

It was an average work from home interview. But longer and drawn out all for no reason. I’ve been doing this since 2012 for work from home positions and this was the most pointless interview I’ve experienced. Received and email first to interview, the only open spot was for the following week 12/01. I went to the first interview and then there was a second interview. I was also emailed after the first interview and asked to submit a Typing test, a technical test and to email 3 references within 24hrs of the second interview. Everything was done. Interviewers seemed uninterested I was lively and excited. They were not. The second interview I had two young ladies I was uncomfortable and only one young lady spoke to me. I said hello once the second young lady joined and she did not respond back. I should have done my research on their interviews and how their employees feel before wasting 2 weeks of my time and I found out I did not have the position on the 3rd week. Also when asked if they have classes around the holidays they stated “We do not hire during holidays”.

When you hear the word retention what does that make you think of?

      Interview

A day after applying they sent me an invite to schedule an interview. I set aside time and showed up early to the Google conference room provided. No one showed up. After 15 minutes I just left because if they don't value my time enough to show up on time they're not worth my expertise and skills. After confronting them in an email reply, they casually lied saying they were in the room. From this experience as well as reading about others', I believe I dodged a bullet.

      Interview

I applied online via Indeed after Christmas but before New Years'. I didn't hear back until around Jan 6th when I had my first interview with the Talent recruiter. I was sent a writing assignment to complete over the weekend and had the 2nd interview the next week with the Director of Customer Success. I received an email that I was hired--contingent on my 3 references--and by Wednesday I was told that they had heard back from all my references and I submitted my info for the background test.
