My first interview was a video interview with the hiring manager. We had a good conversation. She was surprised to hear that HR skipped their interview with me and passed me straight on to her. Then I was ghosted. Never heard back from anyone, ever, despite reaching out to the hiring manager at her invitation. My perception was that they don't have their act together there. Always a red flag.
