4 rounds of interviews. First one was a half hour call with the recruiter which was mostly behavioral and discussing relevant job experience. This was followed by an hour video meeting with the hiring manager where they tried to explain the particular problem they were working on with a PowerPoint and then they asked for my input or how I would approach it. The third interview was with the director who wanted to delve into relevant experiences and career plans. Told me I was a mid-applicant but wanted me to still interview in the final round which would be more technical. During this final interview, I was shown a PowerPoint presentation going over what the hiring manager tried to explain and then the two employees asked how I would approach their problem. Overall, the interviews were pretty easy but it seemed that they weren't sure what they were looking for as they seemed to lack the necessary skill set for the problem they were facing. They seemed to be looking for a much more experienced candidate than they were advertising for. I would have given this a positive review if they hadn't ghosted me after the final interview and my follow-ups.
