Compared to other tech companies this interview process was fairly straight forward. First round was an interview with the hiring manager. Resilia was an early stage company and was looking for strategic direction and I appreciated the overall transparency in their mission. Second was a super day - about 2 hours of conversations with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Design. Overall expected questions regarding building product, how I have worked with teams in the past, user research, and strategy. Third was a short-take home regarding research and designing a process of validating an epic of work. I was told it was more to understand my thinking and communication process vs a right or wrong decision. Final was a conversation with the CEO regarding her overall strategy and the goals of the company. Everyone was nice and excited about the mission which was a big reason why I took the role when offered.
