I just had a phone interview. The interviewer seemed quite distracted and unsure of what to do. The questions he asked were a little strange -- for example "What is your favorite Jquery function?" I couldn't really think of an answer to that more than "Whatever ones does the job I need done..." I did not feel at all that I was able to get a feel for the company or they were able to get a feel for me.
