A typical 3 step process, an initial phone interview, a first meeting with my potential manager and then a 2nd interview with 2 other senior managers with the company. One thing that impressed me the most about the interview process is that everyone did what they said they were going to do. If they said they would call me the following week, they called. If they said that I would get an email, I got the email. I can't tell you how rare I find this kind of behavior in the current job market.
