Someone on the hiring team reached out to me to schedule an interview after I submitted an application. The interview was to take place on a video call, but the interviewer never showed up. When I reached out to him to reschedule, he ignored me for several days, only to let me know after several messages from me that they had filled the position. Rather than canceling the meeting and letting me know the position had been filled, the interviewer ghosted me. This company didn't respect my time and completely failed to communicate.
