After applying, I was invited to schedule a phone interview. Their hiring manager called me over an hour after the scheduled time. We rescheduled, and the second time the interview was mostly just the hiring manager telling me about the history of the company, then asking basic questions about things that are clearly stated on my resume. Overall a frustrating experience, which is disappointing because the job opportunity sounded great online.
