      Contracts Coordinator Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Resource Innovations (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

The lower level HR staff who originally contacted me were fine. The upper level management however was outrageously negligent and disrespectful. I conducted a pre-interview, and was then contacted by another HR agent at the firm, and a time was set up for an online video interview. I was told to reserach the people who were going to interview me. The day before the interview which was slated for 1.5 hours after I had already spent a couple hours interviewing with other staff members, I received an outrageous PDF stating that there would be "right" and "wrong" answers to interview questions. The PDF showed a complete disregard for individual rights. It was so appalling that I thought to cancel the interview. Out of respect, I decided to appear for the interview and keep an open mind becasue the PDF was sent to me at the last minute. When I showed up online ready for the interview, no one logged in at first. I waited about ten minutes and then two complete strangers logged in and informed me that this was an interview for a completely different job than the one I had applied for. I completed the interview. The next morning I received another online interview request for the original job I had applied for. I accepted the interview and then after that I received a decline to follow through with me as a candate form letter. The entire thing was a time drain and the executives who had originally booked my time never even bothered to show up, or cancel my original appointment. This company shows a complete disregard for people's time and is totally ignorant of basic human rights. Their PDF is a monument to a company that ignores basic human rights. Do not bother to apply to this firm. Even if you do get hired, it iwll be a problem. Thank you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

"Why do you want to change industries." This was an idiotic question as it was the same industry I had been working in for two decades.
