5 months long process and wasted a lot of time. they Interviewed , ghosted for two months came back to reconsider me for another position in 2 months. asked me to finish my existing visa process for sponsorship. I put in money and expedited the ongoing process. I finished my Visa process and came back with an approved status, they took 2 more rounds and said they have requested for my hiring and we are waiting on approvals. after a month of waiting I hear back from a the company that I am not being given an offer letter because they changed their mind on sponsoring visas. I was surprised that they decided and realized this AFTER conducting 4 rounds of interview, after team agreeing to hire me , ignoring the time and effort put by candidate, and people who conducted the interviews as well. I am glad not being part of this culture and thought of sharing this for future candidates before they invest their time even if they feel the position or the team was really matching their requirement.

Had 1 phone screen Had 2 rounds of panel interviews with principals, managers and senior engineers Overall experience is excellent and all people I’ve met in the interview are friendly and knowledgeable. I had the interviews around their hectic time, and surprisingly every process is on track and flawlessly.
