They schedule a time with me for an initial phone screening. However, they never called me at our meeting time. I sent them an email asking if that time still works or if we should reschedule. Later in the day, I received a very unprofessional and poorly-written response, saying that their reminder didn't alert them at the time of the meeting. They apologized, but used rather unprofessional exclamations like "UGHHH" and "Man," misspelled my name, and used improper punctuation. We did reschedule and I ended up having the initial phone screening.
After that, I was recommended for a Teams interview, but never had that interview because there were further scheduling mishaps and miscommunications, probably because they had at least 3 different people on their end involved in scheduling with me. I withdrew my application.
