I applied online. I interviewed at Resource Options
Interview
Applied online, contacted within two days who then scheduled an interview with Rob Williams. Afterwards, he invited me to an in-person interview. Interview last with him about 15-20 minutes. Interviewed with some of the other team members. One of the female recruiters said, they will not ghost me. Which is ironic as that's what they did as I never heard from them since.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Resource Options (West Caldwell, NJ) in Jan 2023
Interview
I recently interviewed at Resource Options for a Recruiter role and wanted to share my experience. I applied for the position through a recruiter and was contacted promptly. After a 15-minute pre-screen call, I was invited for an in-person interview at the office, which was supposed to be an hour long. However, I ended up spending two hours there and had a conversation with four specialists, one after the other. While their questions were similar, I found myself repeating the same answers. Unfortunately, after the interview, I did not receive any feedback, even after following up. Despite this, I appreciated the opportunity to interview with the company and meet with the team.
